WORST service. Truly not happy with the lack of communication. A customer should not have to run after a service like this. I've had to reach out to your sales rep EVERY SINGLE TIME. Responds when they want to and with answers that don't have a clear message. Groovy Baby Apparel don't even talk your calls. I so called "won" overnight shipping LAST Thursday, yet I'm STILL waiting for my package. NOT even a tracking number has been given to me? Messages after messages, and still nothing. Please send my package or refund my money.
