Terrible customer service! They stole 2k from me.

They’re customer service is PATHETIC!!! I placed an order on the 27th of March, and to this day my order is still supposedly “being processed and will be shipped out soon”. I’ve received this same generic response from the customer service line (on Instagram) each time I ask.

I’ve paid almost R2000 for several items. I understand that there was a long weekend during this period, but even with the long weekend, they’ve had 14 WORKING DAYS to process my order and yet, they’re still supposedly processing it. They say it takes 3-5 working days for the creation process, and somehow they’re knocking on 3 times that amount of time. There’s no shipping/tracking details, they don’t answer their phone calls and they keep feeding the same generic response each time.

I’ve seen great reviews from this place and I was really excited to get my merch from them but at this point, I’m regretting even having placed an order with them.

At this point, I just want my refund and I’ll rather just buy from Cotton On or Factorie because at least I know it’ll arrive on time.
