Groundcover Leather Company Excellence

I was touring the Natal Midlands and stopped in at the Groundcover Leather Company near Curry’s Post. Bought a delightful pair of sheepskin lined leather boots. I wore them twice back at home in Pretoria but to my dismay found that the sole has parted from boot. I emailed them a photo of the boots and received an immediate apology and said that they would replace the boots with a brand new pair. Within a few days the company arranged to pick up the old pair and I received a brand new pair the next day. Fantastic service. Great customer service and good quality products.
