Appliance Guru Fail
We contracted this company to repair a washing machine. After the technician completed the service he didn’t test the appliance, was paid and left. When being used for the first time a day later there was water all over the floor. We have on many occasions requested that the problem be resolved. After being promised a call, in every case the technician didn’t arrive. It’s been over a month now and we are losing patience. Terribly shoddy service. Either fix the problem or refund the service fee and we will go elsewhere

Honest and Efficient Service
I was quoted a ridiculously inflated figure to investigate the overheating problem on my Jeep Grand Cherokee by a third party maintenance organization in Centurion. I took the Jeep to Tshwane Auto Services and my suspicions were confirmed. It didn’t require a complete overhaul but a simple Thermostat and coolant replacement. They did a great and honest job. Highly recommended. 😊

Groundcover Leather Company Excellence
I was touring the Natal Midlands and stopped in at the Groundcover Leather Company near Curry’s Post. Bought a delightful pair of sheepskin lined leather boots. I wore them twice back at home in Pretoria but to my dismay found that the sole has parted from boot. I emailed them a photo of the boots and received an immediate apology and said that they would replace the boots with a brand new pair. Within a few days the company arranged to pick up the old pair and I received a brand new pair the next day. Fantastic service. Great customer service and good quality products.
