I'm a customer for life!

I bought a pair of sheepskin slippers in 2017 and recently replaced them with a new pair. The factory is based in Natal and they couriered the new pair to JHB within a couple of days of receipt of my order. I was not satisfied with 2 aspects of them and notified Don the factory manager, complete with accompanying pics in this regard. They sent a courier to fetch the slippers. After a few days they notified me that they would not attempt to rectify the minor defects and would instead, replace them with a new pair. At their expense they collected the pair and sent the new pair. After sales service and customer satisfaction is at the top of their agenda. Many businesses in South Africa would do well to emulate their policies!
