Grounded - Unacceptable

Not returning deposits resulting in legal matters...unnecessary expenses.

Deposits are paid to Grounded - According to their contracts the deposit is placed in a interest-bearing account with a financial institution.

The excuse they have for not returning deposit is simply that the owner of property didn't pay it back.

Not sure how they are still in business or trusted by homeowners and tenants
