Not returning deposits resulting in legal matters...unnecessary expenses. Deposits are paid to Grounded - According to their contracts the deposit is placed in a interest-bearing account with a financial institution. The excuse they have for not returning deposit is simply that the owner of property didn't pay it back. Not sure how they are still in business or trusted by homeowners and tenants
I am sick of trying to get illegal changes to my contracts reversed. After an hour on the phone upgrading specific lines I get a call back shortly after stating that some of the deals are no longer available so the made other changes, after declining the 'new deal' you simply get a 'sorry' we already changed it and there is nothing we can do. If I can just get hold of the recordings to show the illegal changes it would be awesome. Apparently every other person that phones you is from a different sub-contracting department and then you just have to phone again. In short and as explained on my latest call to Vodacom on 0861236666 who couldn't assist (Ref: G37G4M), I am altering my debit order. I am opening a case at SAPS for fraud. Great Job Vodacom
