Mitsubishi Group 1 Kuils River for the #WIN
On August 7th of this year, our vehicle gave engine trouble on a road trip to L'Agulhas. We had it towed to a service center and decided to replace it with a new one. After some "shopping" around, we were contacted by Mitsubishi South Africa and they arranged for a vehicle to be brought to our home for the test drive. Chris Rix from Group 1 delivered the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport 4x4 within the hour. He was well informed with vehicle and its capabilities. Unlike some of the competitors who said they would have to find out as they are only "standing in". Chris came in for the #WIN and arranged finance with my bank and even arranged for the trade in vehicle to be brought after repairs. Talk about a stress free business transaction. If anyone is in the market for a new vehicle, give Chris Rix a call at Group 1 Mitsubishi Kuils River. He is not forceful and keeps you in the loop during every step of the process. Well done Chris!!!!

Group 1 Nissan Kuilsriver messed me around
After being approached by Nissan Kuilsriver about a vehicle I was selling on the internet, they asked me to bring the vehicle around and they would pay me full asking price if my vehicle was without fault. A guy named Terence and Shaun (DP) approached me without a mask to inspect the vehicle. After being inspected by Terence and Shaun they made an offer R5000 less and could not find a single fault. That being said, I still accepted the offer and we arranged to meet the following day (23/04/21) at 9am to hand over. When I arrived Terence was not there and I went to Shaun's office who once again spoke to me arrogantly and told me that I need to deal with Terence. I tried calling Terence numerous times but to no avail. My poor mother had to drive up with me all for nothing. Please stay away from this dealership, they do not follow protocols nor do they treat clients with respect.
