I took my Hyundai Santa Fe for a service on the 29th July 2024. I was unable to find the workshop (my fault) and went to the showroom. One of the salespeople asked me to follow him to the workshop. A gentleman then took my wife and I to the Knysna Mall, as it was a 2 hour service. The service manager was an absolute pleasure and friendly, and the service delivery was great. Once the service was complete, the workshop called me, and picked us up again. Great customer relationship management. Thank you for your professionalism and warm reception. Keep up the great work.
