I remain disappointed in Groupon. It appears that the client is the enemy.
As mentioned in many previous e-mails to Groupon, I made it clear that I requested Groupon to inform me as to where my package is for a purchase made on 19 November 2017. It appears that one has to beg Groupon for anything to be done. It is also very manipulative to not provide a refund, but a credit.
Needless to say, the response from Groupon is lackluster! Despite requesting, now NUMEROUS times to track the package, every excuse and other tactics are being used not to answer a direct and simple question.
