I just found out that there is a debicheck on my banking account. I did not contact them or approved anything. This is ********. I will make a case at the police if you deduct this money from my account. Please remove it.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting unexpected deductions can be.To clarify, our income protector policy is offered as an optional add-on during the loan application process with one of our partner providers. It is not automatically applied, and a policy can only be activated where the option is selected and the mandate is accepted during that application journey.We recognise that the application process can move quickly, and if the option was selected unintentionally, or if you contacted us to cancel before the deduction took place, we would like the opportunity to investigate this and resolve it as a priority. We take transparency and customer trust very seriously and have no interest in debiting customers incorrectly.For privacy and security reasons, we are unable to request or discuss personal details on a public platform. Please contact us directly via info@groupsrus.co.za or 086 127 3342 so that we can review the matter securely and assist with cancellation and any refund due.We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter.
