I just found out that there is a debicheck on my banking account. I did not contact them or approved anything. This is ********. I will make a case at the police if you deduct this money from my account. Please remove it.

Unauthorized Transaction
Not Happy with there service. I need my refund. They took money out of my banking account without my permission.Is this how a law firm operate. This is *******.

Poor service
Good afternoon. I visited your branch in Franschhoek yesterday on the 24 Jan 2025 at 17h40. We popped in to by our supper and to my surprise they had no ready made chips and chicken nuggets at the fast foods section. When I asked the young lady if its possible to make some she then turn to the gentleman to ask him. I assumed he was the chef. After great hesitation he decided and said yes. I then waited about 10 minutes and I asked again if the are going to make Then only he decided to get the chips from the back area.They were kept on helping people that came way after me and I cancelled the order. I then asked the manager on duty if she can talk to her staff about their service. This is not acceptable and I went to Woolworth that was just a two minute walk away. I don't mind paying more than to get bad service like this.
