they are a bunch of ****mers, they say you can cancel the loan at any time but when you send an emails to their info email address, they don't respond. It's even worst when you call their landline the lady that picks up the call to transfer you to the relevant department has zero telephone etiquettes, rude and she sound so tired that she just transfers you without any explanation of the department that she is transferring to.
Don't even get me started on how they don't answer once you are transferred, you just get an answering machine.

It is not automatically applied, and a policy can only be activated where the option is selected and the mandate is accepted during that application journey.We recognise that the application process can move quickly, and if the option was selected unintentionally, or if you contacted us to cancel before the deduction took place, we would like the opportunity to investigate this and resolve it as a priority.
