I bought a 3 meter water pipe for a machine, I called in immediately and asked if my order could be delivered in today before 4pm at the office closes at 4. At 16:10 the so called driver named Silal calls me to say that he wasn't updated of the time to deliver. When I've already left. Your delivery service is pathetic and I'm never buying from your company again.
they are a bunch of ****mers, they say you can cancel the loan at any time but when you send an emails to their info email address, they don't respond. It's even worst when you call their landline the lady that picks up the call to transfer you to the relevant department has zero telephone etiquettes, rude and she sound so tired that she just transfers you without any explanation of the department that she is transferring to. Don't even get me started on how they don't answer once you are transferred, you just get an answering machine. ****mers!!!!!
for the past 2 months or so the service i have been receiving has been appalling. Everyday at 7 in the evening the network is ****py and it does not work at all. I struggle to watch TV and even make call on Whatsapp. To a point that I'm even thinking of canceling and moving to another service provider because what the hell is this. I pay my account diligently but at this point I feel like i am giving my money away because during I am not home to use the internet and when I am at home in the evening, the network is down.
I bought a sleeper couch on 25/10 and was told that it would take 10 business days. No communication from them that are delays, i am the one that has to call in and enquire. On the 10 business day i called and asked about my order was advised that the vendor will deliver the following week. That time also came and again i am the one calling them because they don't respond to emails and their whatsapp chat, the gentlemen assisting said that he will follow up with the vendor and respond to me via whatsapp. Bathong he comes back to saying that the stated that they have a black leather couche and they can have it delivered the next day!!!! I I wonder whose couch is it that they want to give to me, anyways I declined and asked to be refunded my money and was told that a refund takes 10 to 14 business days. At this point i am feeling helpless because I really need the couch, i made a purchase because i have a need. i am very frustrated and angry at homzy!!!
I have never seen such an appalling service, the bus was supposed to leave at 19h00 Pretoria to Durban. At 1st we were told that the we will get the bus at jhb park station and were transported by another bus. Right now its 21h45 the bus that was promised never arrived and myself and othe people are stuck here. This was definitely the last day i used this horrible bus.
I just about was ready to write a negative review, so I had been waiting for my parcel to be delivered since Friday 30 September, the driver noted that I was not at my place when I never left the house. I waited the whole day for something that never came. This morning I called the call center and I got through to Given Mphahlele who was very helpful, upon listening to my rant, he asked that I hold on the line to track their driven and he connected the telephone to the driver who already was at my gate to deliver. Within a matter of minutes I received my parcel. I would like to express how nice and Helpful Given was, he is a true reflection of what customer service is.
