My Growatt inverter blew at the beginning of January, for the 4th time under warranty, and the same has happened to other people that I know personally. Upon reaching out to Growatt directly, they responded and stated that they would resolve the issue.
Now, almost 3 month later, I am getting no feedback from the Growatt representatives. Multiple email request for updates have gone unanswered and and blatantly ignored.
