My Growatt inverter blew at the beginning of January, for the 4th time under warranty, and the same has happened to other people that I know personally. Upon reaching out to Growatt directly, they responded and stated that they would resolve the issue. Now, almost 3 month later, I am getting no feedback from the Growatt representatives. Multiple email request for updates have gone unanswered and and blatantly ignored.
Garage door king installed 2 doors for me. Apart from the mounting brackets being made poorly, and not even painted (simply left as raw mild steel), the backup battery failed 1 month after their installation. When I contacted them to have this seen to, their response was simply that its due to loadshedding and they will not cover it. My subsequent mail to them went unanswered. Dismal service to say the least.
We were moved from Nepic to supersonic and since then I have been battling with my fibre speed for the last 3 or so weeks. To date, I have had NO response from anyone at Supersonic. Nobody answers when you call their service numbers, and nobody responds to the queries logged on their whatsapp line. Absolutely shocking service.
