Defy is doing all the queries of Grundig fridges! We bought a fridge/freezer the we believed was a very good product, it is also very expensive! We pay R27 000 for it on 31 Aug 2022! We replaced the compressor in June 2025 and in November it does not make very cold and the heat signal is on the screen! At that time the fridge was just over 3 years old! After numerous emails a technician respond after 4 weeks just before Christmas and said that the fridge loose gas! This is unacceptable to have this two complains within the first 3 years of the product! We asked for a replacement and Defy refuge! They also do not respond easily on emails and you have to call them and mail them continuously! This is the most poor service that we ever received! After paying R27 000 for a Grundig fridge it is totally insane
