Deductions taken with no recharge given back

Hello Peter please help I have a contract with them as they deducted they money for 2 months without noticing anything as no sms get sent saying account recharged nothing but funds went out even last night. When u send a email no respond. Calling they numbers. 083 709 9128 only 1 beep and silent same with this number the 0123746160 does not go through. The question u have is why do they numbers not work and also why deduct money if you not going to give the data. Sms and airtime and agreed. If they closed now why not say anything. Cause it's now an expense having to buy these things and money still gets deducted each month and no statements given or emailed also. Please do assist if possible l.
