The lack of service delivery is truly astonishing! I emailed them twice without a response then tried to phone the first number without answer and finally got hold of Gareth and he apologized for the lack of response because "business is doing so well". I was still happy to proceed up to this point and then the 3 days of "will you please just quote me so we can proceed" started without response! I can't believe you treat a customer that is ready to pay this way! You need to sort out your customer care and get your business in line as you are on the verge of a slippery slope.
