The lack of service delivery is truly astonishing! I emailed them twice without a response then tried to phone the first number without answer and finally got hold of Gareth and he apologized for the lack of response because "business is doing so well". I was still happy to proceed up to this point and then the 3 days of "will you please just quote me so we can proceed" started without response! I can't believe you treat a customer that is ready to pay this way! You need to sort out your customer care and get your business in line as you are on the verge of a slippery slope.

Megawatt Park
Eskom Megawatt Park Lady assisting with Eskom related enquiries for 02/12/2021 was very rude. Didnt assist with faults previously reported and closed without restoration. Didn't even want to listen to what I wanted to say. Must be nice sitting in offices while other people are struggling with Electricity for days. Food going off because no power, causing unnecessary expenses.

adidas Ferndale - Outlet
Went to store on Adidas Ferndale on Republic on the 26th of November 2021. Time was about 17:45 and doors were already closed. The staff and manager refused to allow us in. Manager said they had been working for 12 hours and were tired and needed to go home. I along with 7 other people argued with the manager argued for another 5 mins before he allowed us in. Ridiculous and items were still too overpriced. Walked out a few minutes later and went straight to Tekkie Town whose staff were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to assist. Bought items at Tekkie Town for a fraction of the price at Adidas. Adidas needs to seriously consider their customer service. Adidas always seem to close earlier than other stores.

Just beautiful.
Exclusive Books Hyde Park. A great selection of books with lots of seating to read. Absolutely amazing food served in the restaurant. Wow. Just wow. The most beautiful exclusive books store I've ever been to. It has a huge collection of every genre, with a huge display. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Not mentioning the coffee shop that spices up the atmosphere with the smell of strong coffee.

staff are friendly and the restaurant itself is clean and spacious
definitely looking forward to trying the other options available! tasty, fresh, amazing and delicious are the words that come to mind when I think of this place. We ordered a number of items off of the menu and I am so glad that we did.
