Delayed payout!
I have not received the best service from GTC. I left my job on the 31st of December 2025, I understand there were delays from my previous employer and my claim form was only submitted beginning of February. To date I have not received my payout as stipulated in the e-mail i received from them after I sent an e-mail requesting an update. I sent another e-mail on Friday the 13.03.2026 and i have still not received any feedback as to where the delay is. The claim has been sitting with them, for the 7th week with them now. They only respond to e-mails after 2 or so working days, they do not even meet their own deadlines.
