Nonsense. I did a claim from GTC and they kept quiet for weeks. I called them and only then they told me about banking details. I submitted the details. They kept quiet. I had to call them again, they said they see the banking details and there is a minor error on their side which was never communicated to me until I followed up. They said they will sort it. They kept quiet again until I had to call them again and the error is still there and they are not giving me a time line of when it might be sorted. Lack of communication from their side is exhausting. Did a claim March, to this day, it hasn't been paid. It is starting to feel like I'm begging for it.

Good day I would like to know why does it take almost 2 months to receive your provident fund money in your account. I've been unemployed since February 20th 2026 and was told my money will only be taken off fron the market in the 1st 2 weeks of March 2026. I understood and waited till then and gave them a call again for updates then they told me it takes 18 to 21 working days so I started counting the working days from the 3rd week in February till 13th of April 2026 taking into consideration the public holidays as well in April. It is now 16th of April 2026 and till this very moment i have received any of my funds which I think is very unfair towards me as i need to feed my family and have bills to pay as well till i get another job. So could someone please assist me in speeding up my payout please as i am in need of it desperately. This is not the service i would expect from an established organization like GTC i am very disappointed. Kind regards
