I have had my HUAWEI insuarance for 3years and on the 27.02.2026 it was ****** in a bag that I was carrying on my way to work. When I claimed My claim was then rejected due to not being harmed when it was stollen. This puzzled me , wondering if what was meant was I was supposed to ask to be beaten to dearth or be in a critical condition in order to get a replacement device. I feel ****med by Huwei viva cover and the underwritter GUARDRISK. The cover, covers unforseen circumstances, which what happened to me was unforseen. The bag was in my posession and phobe was stollen outside my leptop bag.
I looged a dispute to guardrisk on the 26.03.2026 but till today no assistance, that's how your customer's are being treated. You are no different from ****mers, you take premiums but when it's time to replace, you have excuses.
