Beware

Please be cautious when dealing with this company.

They falsely advertise their products, and when you request a return, they attempt to charge an unjustified 20% “administration fee.”

Their justification is that the SKU is the same, yet the product names and descriptions differ completely. They also list multiple identical items under different model names, which adds to the confusion. I’ve attached images as proof.

I fully intend to escalate this matter to Zeropay, the ARB, the CPA, and the NCC, and pursue legal action.
