I ordered an item on 07/03/2026 #G63753SA. To date, I have only received one automated response confirming that order. I tried getting in contact for 4 days without success and zero feedback.
I did not receive a tracking number, nor the name of the courier company. Then last night, I get a message that my parcel was successfully delivered?! How and where? Certainly not to my address!
I want my money back so I can buy somewhere else. This really bad service and exceptionally bad logistics management!
You need to resolve this as a matter of urgency, otherwise I persue further steps.
