I have received disappointing service from Haval Boksburg.
1st started with my waiting period the the morning drop off when I dropped the car for the service in the morning were I waited for 2hours to get a driver to drop me off home.
Then the worst the car got serviced however when driving to work next morning the car got a warning sign that car engine heat temperature.. I called the dealer explained my story that I was there previous day to service the car & next morning on my way to work got a warning sign y.
They said I was told that car needs to be fixed this and that. And they if they do they do the service it will be null and void without fixing x and Z. And I was told by the lady I called for them to fix it it will cost R5600 to round off R5700. I must ask my insurance to tow the car back to the dealership and they will fix it.
They I advised my husband of the incident & he was like let’s call them again it’s impossible for us to take car to dealer for service and the could dictate the the fault and the car was absolutely fine before it went to the dealership.
Service manager tried to solve the query he went to listen to the recording with the lady for previous day. Nothing was mentioned of severity of the issue.
He still needs to go listen to the car for next day were I was told it will cost R5700. As he came back with a quote of R13000..
Now I need answers ASAP and I want this matter sorted with this R5700 I was given by the lady over the recorded line.
