I have received disappointing service from Haval Boksburg. 1st started with my waiting period the the morning drop off when I dropped the car for the service in the morning were I waited for 2hours to get a driver to drop me off home. Then the worst the car got serviced however when driving to work next morning the car got a warning sign that car engine heat temperature.. I called the dealer explained my story that I was there previous day to service the car & next morning on my way to work got a warning sign y. They said I was told that car needs to be fixed this and that. And they if they do they do the service it will be null and void without fixing x and Z. And I was told by the lady I called for them to fix it it will cost R5600 to round off R5700. I must ask my insurance to tow the car back to the dealership and they will fix it. They I advised my husband of the incident & he was like let’s call them again it’s impossible for us to take car to dealer for service and the could dictate the the fault and the car was absolutely fine before it went to the dealership. Service manager tried to solve the query he went to listen to the recording with the lady for previous day. Nothing was mentioned of severity of the issue. He still needs to go listen to the car for next day were I was told it will cost R5700. As he came back with a quote of R13000.. Now I need answers ASAP and I want this matter sorted with this R5700 I was given by the lady over the recorded line.
My account hasn’t been debited by you guys. On the debit date set by you guys for December payment. However I made the payment myself on my side. I keep getting emails about failed arrangements for payment. Which I don’t under why. I hope this will not impact my credit profile due to negligence on your side. Please advise if u received my payment. And please send me a paid up letter.
Very poor service. I called in in time to cancel my policy was told a consultant will call me back. No one has called me yet & you still deducted my money. Please cancel my policy and refund me my money
Hi, an email was sent for us to advise if we want to continue to freeze our accounts. Which I mentioned that I want to keep them frozen due to covid finances not been good. However for past two months you have been debting my account which it’s money I can’t afford. Please refund my funds and cancel my account. When one tries to call into the client care the line cuts off.
Dear Absa, my query is not resolved. You sent me a letter not stating which account is paid up. I am looking for the paid up letters for the following accounts:absa loan, absa cheque account and absa credit card. I am awaiting 3 letters with their account numbers on them. And I am experts call from the debt review department.
Been calling through the debt review department and I am not getting assisted. Since last month the 11th. I am not getting my paid up letters. When I call through I am told account is locked and team leader needs to call me to reset. Or I need to go the branch. <p>I would like to lay a compliant on the investment department my husband's account was debited without his knowledge. April west he didn't open an investment plan with them. How do u guys go and open an account under a person's name to push your sales. What gives you the right to take money from our kids and our household. I want this sorted out today. Money back in his account today. He submitted all required documents to get refunded on the 2nd and there some is someone that is not doing their job there. <p>I took my car this morning to Kia weldervreden. They first told me my premiums are not up to date for my service plan with liquid capital. it has been confirmed that premiums are up to date. Now they say my car wasn't taken for 60 000km service they can't service. They want to do 75000km service which I need to pay for. And then they will the 90000km service with liquid capital. First of all my car has been going to the same Kia for service and nobody told me I had to take out a plan or pay from my pocket for 60000km service. I took out plan service plan with liquid capital so that when I take it for 90000km I will not have a problem. No body at Kia told me I had to bring car for service for 75000km. Now they want to tell me this when I bring my car for 90000km. I want my car to be serviced. Kia is full of excuses and stories.</p>
