They worst *****ulent bullies ever!!!

feel compelled to warn others about the dishonest tactics used by Gym Company Bromhof. I was misled into signing what I believed were month-to-month contracts for myself and my son. Even though I completed 3 cancellation forms within the first 5 days that they made me sign their papers they just kept pretending that they did not get my cancelation and they are still continuing continued billing for my son's, despite all documentation and communication.

The manager was incredibly rude, kept hiding in his office and would not come out to speak to me, would not sign my cancellation letter as proof that I was there to cancel within the first 5 days, shouted at me that I was not a lawyer and that he did not have to sign anything he did not want to and even shouted at me, telling me not to believe the reviews on HelloPeter — but now I understand exactly why those warnings exist. This company thrives on confusion, fine print, and bullying tactics to trap people into long-term payments they never agreed to.

They come across as helpful at first, but once you're signed up, it's a nightmare to get out. In my experience, this was nothing short of *****. They will do everything they can to keep taking your money.
