Bad Service

We visited Haagen-dazs Sandton City around 13:00, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the two ladies at the cashier. My wife and I greeted them politely and asked how they were, but they didn’t acknowledge us or respond in any way. When we said goodbye and wished them a nice day, we were again ignored—despite repeating ourselves a few times. One of the ladies didn’t even make eye contact. The entire interaction left us feeling deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome
