I cannot for the life of me understand why it takes a whole week on a WhatsApp message to find out whether they were able to order the product I wanted or not, even if the manager is preoccupied, surely it doesn't take the whole day to answer a simple 2 second question? I would like to meet this manager and tell them to prioritise their work!!!! Clearly their clients are not important. As with Chamdor Faktry I have tried to order the aqua non slip mat advertised and as with Chamdor, Habby and Lace also advertise products they don't have??? I was told that the manager 'will order the product now' and it takes 3 days to find out whether it was ordered or not????????? How do these people do business? Your service leaves a lot to be desired!
