Bad client service.
I ordered yarn online on the 1st of December is on the 3rd still waiting. Yesterday I got an email stating that they're on their way from 8.00 am to 5pm and they were no show. Tracking system still says processing. I called cell number provided and spoke to a gentleman who told me he is not working for them. What kind of customer services is that? I sent emails with no response. I dont encourage anyone to use their online services. Remarx couriers they're using is as useless too

Rude staff
I have been ordering from this place for years and their customer service has become disgusting. There are so many ladies working there with horrible attitudes and very rude, short and unhelpful replies. After searching for items online and seeing that they have an item but in a different colour, I sent a whatsapp message to enquire about colours and the girl helping me said that they don't stock the item in any other colours (even after seeing a range of colours online).

Rude staff
I have been ordering from this place for years and their customer service has become disgusting. Good Service
I was looking for the non slip aqua mat that Habby and Lace advertised on their website but like Chamdor Faktry, they also do not have stock. Lucky for me I was able to talk to a lady by the name of Zoë and she went above and beyond, in getting the product I wanted. Thank you Zoë for your assistance. It is greatly appreciated.

Good Service
I was looking for the non slip aqua mat that Habby and Lace advertised on their website but like Chamdor Faktry, they also do not have stock. Lucky for me I was able to talk to a lady by the name of Zoë and she went above and beyond, in getting the product I wanted. Thank you Zoë for your assistance. It is greatly appreciated.

Bad service
I cannot for the life of me understand why it takes a whole week on a WhatsApp message to find out whether they were able to order the product I wanted or not, even if the manager is preoccupied, surely it doesn't take the whole day to answer a simple 2 second question? I would like to meet this manager and tell them to prioritise their work!!!! Clearly their clients are not important. As with Chamdor Faktry I have tried to order the aqua non slip mat advertised and as with Chamdor, Habby and Lace also advertise products they don't have??? I was told that the manager 'will order the product now' and it takes 3 days to find out whether it was ordered or not????????? How do these people do business? Your service leaves a lot to be desired!

Horror of service and delivery
I bought 94m online. I was told that the fabric would be checked for flaws as I clearly requested fabric without flaws. The material was flawed throughout. My suggestion is not to buy online it is a great disappointment. The order was 5 days late. The quality was 3grade. We had no time for exchange as we had to make tablecloths for a wedding of 360 people and only had 10 days left to do so. However it was delivered and no compensation was offered. I have all the Whatsapp communication to point to this grate disappointment. One sales person confirms delivery cost for one shipment and then I was charged double in the end.

Excellent service. If they are not sure what you want they whatsup you and ask questions and show you other options. After payment shows your items are delivered promptly. Thank you for your excellent service

Habby and Lace wool department
I highly recommend Habby And Lace, Vereeniging. I purchase wool from them online, and the staff go out of their way to process my online orders, and within a couple of days my order is at my door, even though I am in a different province! Their wide range of yarns is impressive, prices really good, but the best part is their lovely staff, especially Petro, who always has time to go the extra mile...well done to all the lovely ladies!
