I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed after battling a case where a *****ulent transaction was made on my account. I reported it in 12 minutes to the call centre and was assured that it was all in order. I have battled since December with Standardbank and the ombudsman. I had no success even when proof was provided. As a hairstylist I hear much about these situations of ***** and Standardbank not talking care of customers like myself. I have much to say but for now, do not expect service Standersbank. I am a long term client but totally disappointed and will certainly share my story.
I bought 94m online. I was told that the fabric would be checked for flaws as I clearly requested fabric without flaws. The material was flawed throughout. My suggestion is not to buy online it is a great disappointment. The order was 5 days late. The quality was 3grade. We had no time for exchange as we had to make tablecloths for a wedding of 360 people and only had 10 days left to do so. However it was delivered and no compensation was offered. I have all the Whatsapp communication to point to this grate disappointment. One sales person confirms delivery cost for one shipment and then I was charged double in the end.
