Five star service in the midst of and in spite of the pandemic.

I grew up with Asparagus. I wanted to plant them in my garden and finally found some plants on a 6 month waiting list at Hadeco. I ordered and the 6 months was up during lock-down. I expected them to default like most companies, but to my surprise I got a note that they will be so ending them off by courier. Unfortunately the courier lost my parcel and all my plants died. I wrote to both courier and Hadeco. The courier never replied, but to my amazement a parcel with the replacement plants arrived this morning!
