<div>I was with Peter around 30 years ago when he started. Sice then he grew so big he stopped caring. His software is extremely user unfriendly. If you do not have a "write review" link, it takes hours of searching. Also it had become totally useless. I am a 80 year old disabled SASSA pensioner. I logged a complaint here twice and did not receive any feedback or absolutely anything from the website....... I am VERY VERY disappointed. As a disabled pensioner we have to look after each sent. After checking each option we decided on a R269 per month MTN data contract, to be delivered within 2 days. When we finally got it going after 2 + weeks, we went to town to buy groceries. Our card declined! We found out that MTN stole a every cent out of my wife's savings. About R13,000! nearly a year's income! After about 60 letters to MTN, and several official lodging of complaints and even trying Hellopeter, we still did not hear from them or got one cent back!</div>
we retired and took out a R379 per month data contract. The sim should have been delivered in 7 days but it took nearly a month. Imagine our shock when we went to town monthend for groceries and our card declined everywhere. We went to the bank and found out that mtn stole every cent out of our bank! The manager counted more than 90 cases of theft. We delivered 4 pages of ******* transactions to the local office who laid a complaint on our behalf. Mtn never responded. we laid another 50 or more complaints, for which we received acknowledgements by email but 3 months later they still did not respond or refund one cent Our bank account is now useless. Our statement from mtn shows a R21,000 CREDIT and the bank a nil balance. I have masses of proof.
I have been buiing from then for many years and as long as everything goes automatic. All goes well if however human intervention is required. Is is a total mess with most *********** people making everything a bigger mess. I hope I get my refund because the person answering the mail could not read English.
we live deep in the bush and order everything online. so far after about 10 years, i had no problems with them. quick deliveries! i do want to elaborate on my latest purchase. About 15 years ago i bought 8 x rechargeable mozzie zappers in ****et. They worked ok for a year or so. But... the children loved them and ran around the bush killing virtually every insect in sight, and eventually smashing all of them on rocks. Then i found a very good one at Pik&py, but not rechargeable. This one became my new bedmate sleeping between wify and myself. Many a night one heard we following opera. The soprano comes in. Zzzzzzzzzzzz ZZZZZZ. and then a bariton shuffle of a hand moving gently under the sheets, and then the big bass bang, like a mini gunshot, and a whiff of smoke curling from the instant crematorium. Then the shuffle again and peaceful silence. Then summer came and a bit of rain. People in the bushtents required zappers. I went to pik&py, and bought two of the newer versions there. What rubbish. Both landed in the trash in a week or so. I tried asking for the old type, bit got to a pik and shut door of don't care. I spent hours patching, Mc Gyvering and gluing them old ones, just for some peace in the valley. Then...😊❤😍, my favorite online shop sent out an advert for zappers. Not only rechargeable, and cheaper that pik & itch all over‘s ones, but also with a brand new function! One can make it stand, plugged into power, with an ultraviolet led, irresistibly luring them kamikaze pilots to a hara-kiri zapping. Every bush tent now have a brand new zapper thanks to SNATCHER.
i needed a wifi repeater. i shopped around and got the best price with snatcher. i ordered 2 and we are delighted with them both.
i found them very reliable over several years. A while ago i did receive one of a batch off faulty products. I wrote to them and they sent me a credit note, withour t an further question. With my next order. I had to dedust the note, but so used the the standard payment procedure, I forgot! I asked them, and they replaced the credit note! That is ABOVE AVERAGE GOOD SERVICE.
I bought two very expensive Litium batteries from them. They gave me the best prices and amazing service. It was lightning fast. They used the best couriers in SA and they kept sending me updates on the parceld progress/ Probably the best service I even had online, except for Takelot.

I sent an e-mail to Charmaine at the Hoedspruit office at 2H43Pm on Thursday afternoon to pick up a parcel from Joburg Airport. Imagine my surprise when they delivered it to HOEDSPRUIT by midday on the Friday! At at a really realistic price. WELL DONE YOU ARE TOPS! I can not see how any opposition still get jobs!
I have n been buying from them over many years, and never had a problem. Now suddenly I had to request a chargeback from my bank as my order arrived with 4 items missing. I wrote at least 15 emails and believe it or not, on their whole 30 page shopping website there is not one phone number. It looks like the only people on their payroll who could read and write left them.
