Bad Reaction to MINOXIDIL

I went to consult on a Friday 2nd May, and everything went well. The following day my face was swollen, eye red and I had a fast heart beat which I couldn't understand. I immediately sent Loren a message thinking it was the laser and she advised me to stop using the spray Minoxidil. I was bed ridden, dizziness and short breath.

I received a message from Loren, asking to wait until Monday to see how I recover, Monday came and my eyes were still swollen and I had to cancel my meetings because I looked like Charlie's bride.

I then asked her to cancel the contract because clearly the product was not agreeing with me and worst I cant afford to not be available for work because I'm in Financial Advise. Loren then asked me to consult with my Doctor to see if I can maybe change to PRP treatment, this was confusing to me by the way because I declined PRP treatment initially because I cant handle needles. Anyway she insisted that I consult with my Doctor to see if I was a good candidate for PRP, well my Doctor said one of the risks is nerve damage and headaches etc. and she would rather I didn't embark on anything for now also because of other issues.

I'm 49 years and in pre menopause with bad migraines the last thing I need is more medical complications. I again asked her to cancel the contract. She then informed me she will speak to management and that was on the 4th May and still nothing from them. I wish I was told of the side effects of the product Minoxidil. I wish they told me of how severe the side effects maybe and not assume everyone is the same. I just wan the contract cancelled and refunded.
