Disgusting service and no client service skills

What a absolute disgrace from your staff that think they are above everybody with bad attitudes and disrespect towards paying clients the manager aint better either ? HAIR FREEDOM KENILWORTH has many people talking bad about them no customer service skills what so ever ,they choose who they want to be nice to and that aint how a business is suppose to be runned especialy in a well known CENTRE OF KENILWORTH

First time ive been there sheeww the attitudes of staff members unbelievable i will rather fo pay more money at a proffesional salon then go back to Hair freedom kenilworth,

To the owner train your staff to treat there clients with respect and not bad attitudes like they have eaten a rotten apple what a shame..i will not go in to details as it will be a whole essay as to what happend but very dissapointed and i would not recommend use to anybody for a matter of fact
