What a absolute disgrace from your staff that think they are above everybody with bad attitudes and disrespect towards paying clients the manager aint better either ? HAIR FREEDOM KENILWORTH has many people talking bad about them no customer service skills what so ever ,they choose who they want to be nice to and that aint how a business is suppose to be runned especialy in a well known CENTRE OF KENILWORTH First time ive been there sheeww the attitudes of staff members unbelievable i will rather fo pay more money at a proffesional salon then go back to Hair freedom kenilworth, To the owner train your staff to treat there clients with respect and not bad attitudes like they have eaten a rotten apple what a shame..i will not go in to details as it will be a whole essay as to what happend but very dissapointed and i would not recommend use to anybody for a matter of fact

The only reason why I'm giving this a 3 star is for the reason of.... I only shop by dischem or baby city for my 10 month old son and the only nappies that really agrees with him is the BABYTHINGZ NAPPIES DISCHEM BRAND, I've never had a problem with it at all in fact I love the brand but lately it has been a massive dissapointment where out of 100 nappies I already had to throw almost 20 away coz of the sticky part that doesn't stick it's money being wasted I'm seriously DISSAPOINTED.. it needs to be sorted and fixed DISCHEM /BABYCITY WHAT ARE USE GOING TO DP ABOUT IT COZ I LITERALLY THREW MONEY AWAY.

Mr Price Home Canal Walk ,worst customer service ever , My aunt went shopping at Mr price home canal walk for her home as it was been renovated , when she got to the till she asked for 3 vouchers to the value of about R800 or R750 , a few days later i went with her to Mr price in kenilworth centre as she wanted to use the voucher ,to her surprise no gift card in the gift card holder of R250 EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD THE RECEIPT the wouldn't help her ,she had to go back to canal walk and who was going to pay for the petrol then , i then contacted Mr price home spoke to so manger people including 2 managers ,1 named Donovan and the other cant remember ,they said they would take the matter further and investigate ,through all the calls that airtime had to be bought for it has been an absolute disgrace this is coming from a women that has been in retail/sales your customer service is pathetic after all the calls etc back and forth almost 2 months, a girls name precious or patience contacts her and say they would then reimburse her the R250 voucher ,first of all i would love to know what happened to the actual voucher and what is Mr price home CANAL WALK GOING TO DO ABOUT COMPENSATION AS R250 VOUCHER IS NOT ENOUGH FOR THE ALL THE STRESS AND PHONE CALLS SHE HAD TO GO THROUGH, PS PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO HANDLE MATTERS BETTER AS-WELL AS HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH A CUSTOMER..
Dear Huawei customer service Canal walk, firstly your customer service is pethatic and I feel your technician is just damn lazy, so i took my brother's new phone to have repaired as there was a problem with the phone, they booked it in and repaired the screen, he then relises he's cover of he's phone is not put on correctly, firstly the technician should have made damn sure that it was as bran new as we booked it in brand new I asked her to sort it out and the sales lady name gladis told me that she ses the phone must be like that she can't do anything , pls don't stand and talk bull**** to me the phone cover just opened up further, sort out your **** coz I am highly upset, I tried contacting u guys with no success, pls have this matter seen to immediately, you welcome to send me a reply to contact me coz I would like this sorted out as in now, thank u and please teach certain of your staff member how to talk properly and customer service more training is needed for a supposedly highly recommended store..and Ps to your technician she really need to consider doing her job properly aswel. Thank u
I would like to thank Thabiet, the assistant branch manager at telkom express Cavendish ndish Sqaure Claremont for he's wonderful service and personality, we will definitely be coming back to your store, one of the best telkom stores we have been to,everyone is humble and friendly.
Dear Telkom your staff at the Call Centre really has no way of speaking and Just ends up putting the phone down on a client is that how you people handle things lately, absolutely disgusted in your service, this will be my last contract with you guys, to the rude lady on the call working from home for the call Centre her name is Nobhule Cele, you need to learn some manners and know how to treat a client, after explaining to her the problem and she can hear my husband speaking at the back and still refuses to help us I then asked for her name she spelt it out and after I told her I will be reoperting her could she hold for my husband to speak she dropped the call on me while I was still trying to enquire about my contract absolutely damn Pathetic. Thank Telkom for treating a customer that has been with yiu for many years so badly.. Please in future train all your staff members thank you
My brother inlaw has paid account late wich the consultant was aware of and he made immediate payment, but when he spoke to the consultant she did not mension the extra R200 for bounced depit order, November came he paid 10 days before the time aswel as December but when he got he's December bill telkom charged him R200 extra wich is not on, your people at the call Centre seriously need to comcider doing there work properly and give the correct information to clients now he's sitting with extra bill that just appeared after nothing was explained to him.. Telkom pls have this seen to Thank you
