Rude staff, trained to be rude for advertising wrong products

Rude staff They advertised and I purchased 2 of those wigs that look like nothing in the picture. Only opened them now 4 months later and not looking for a refund but wanted to let them know I’m unhappy with the product because it looks nothing like what’s in the picture. The agent was so so rude telling me I’m returning it because it served it purpose when I’ve just opened it! She kept sending emojis as a way of disrespecting me, more over the bad wig, the staff member Nomusa was so rude. She took the cup I even forgot about the wig!

I bought 2 wigs and was not looking for a refund but the disrespect of Nomusa has made sure that I never buy there ever again!!
