Unauthorised cancellation
The owner of the property asked me to change the dates then they cancelled the booking because there was an additional amount to be paid but they did not advise or send a payment request. The additional payment is 1% of the total booking fee ad would have easily paid it had they requested it. I’ve contacted customer service with no success for my full refund and now I’m stranded with no place to go to. I need my refund so I can find somewhere to sleep. Your system, customer service support and policies are horrible to say the least!

Rude staff, trained to be rude for advertising wrong products
Rude staff They advertised and I purchased 2 of those wigs that look like nothing in the picture. Only opened them now 4 months later and not looking for a refund but wanted to let them know I’m unhappy with the product because it looks nothing like what’s in the picture. The agent was so so rude telling me I’m returning it because it served it purpose when I’ve just opened it! She kept sending emojis as a way of disrespecting me, more over the bad wig, the staff member Nomusa was so rude. She took the cup I even forgot about the wig! I bought 2 wigs and was not looking for a refund but the disrespect of Nomusa has made sure that I never buy there ever again!!

I can't access my money!
I have not been able to receive any of my bankin0g notifications or any one time pin being sent resulting in me not being able to make payments. It's been over 3 months now I have sent a complaint email, called more than 5 times, been to the branch but still nothing. Today I called to follow up on an escalation and they said the expected turn around date is the 17/11/2020, what do I do till then and why does an escalation take 100 years. All I want is to receive my one time pin.

Rcs are scammere
I asked for a settlement amount and paid it and requested an immediate closure of my Edgars account on 03/10/2020.They only responded 13/10/2020 stating another outstanding balance that needs to be paid in. I am not paying them a single cent more. I refuse to be scammed.
