Disgusting owner

I will never go back to this hairsalon ! like Sylvia when i made a decision i like to do it straight away as well. I had no intention to do my hair and was passing by the salon and thought to look at products . Long story short - sat with a stylist and the owner (who said my hair colour was terrible and my hair style did nothing for me!) I decided why not and had my hair cut .I called today to ask for my fringe to be cut as it was not cut on the day. To my horror the owner Terry called me and was soo rude on the phone and made me feel like a naughty school child! I actually cried from shock as to how rude and unprofessional she was! Said that the stylist was not making any money from me on Saturday when i came in and spent soo much time to advise me on my hair ! ( did not ask them to spend soo much time with me that was their choice !)

I paid R460 a hair cut only - and i bought a product from the shop > Said i took up soo much of their time ( there was one client in the salon at the time ) was dead quiet ! So the stylist asked to contact me - more like shout at me on the phone and to reiterate that if i was having my fringe cut i cant be wasting soo much time of me as the stylist hasnt got time to be doing other stuff besides the fringe .. I hope no one will support this disgusting bully of an owner !
