HAIR OBSESSION KOLONNADE
I TOOK MY 4 YEAR OLD SON TO HAIR OBSESSION IN THE KOLONNADE TODAY.WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR SERVICE MY SON JUMPED ON THEIR SOFA.I DID NOT SEE IT AND WOULD HAVE TALKED TO HIM IF I DID.ONE OF THE HAIRSTYLISTS(A MAN WITH BOB HAIR)SCREAMED AT MY SON TELLING HIM THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY MANNERS AND IS VERY NAUGHTY.HE ASKED MY 4 YEAR OLD IF HE THOUGHT IT WAS A TRAMPOLINE.HE WAS VERY RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL, ILL-MANNERED AND CHILDISH.I DO AGREE THAT JUMPING ON A SOFA IS NOT RIGHT BUT THE MANNER IN WHICH HE REACTED TO MY LITTLE BOY WAS SHOCKING.HE WENT BACK TO HIS CLIENT AND COULD NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT THE INCIDENT.I'M A PAYING REGULAR CLIENT AND THAT IS DEFINITELY NO WAY FOR HIM TO REACT.IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A CHILD-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT AND I DEFINITELY WON'T GO BACK AND WONT RECOMMEND THEM. HE DID NOT APOLOGISED FOR HIS POOR BEHAVIOUR AND EMBARRESSED ME AND MY CHILD INFRONT OF EVERYBODY.

Hairstylist not listening to clients needs
It was remarkable how a hairstylist ask you what you would like to be done but does the compete opposite. When I picked up that he is not doing what I asked he got upset and did what he wanted anyway. I was in the Salon for more than 3 hours just to color my hair the way he wanted. I had to hear in what bad condition my hair is and accepted his offer to put treatment on which cost me R 350 and didn't do anything. When he was done eventually he never once asked me if I'm happy, he was just happy to give me a bill over a R 1000 for color for shoulder length hair, not even a blow wave included. After one wash my hair was back to what it was, just more damaged. As a professional hair stylist, surely you need to listen to you clients, do it with optimism as you are the professional and make sure your clients get what they asked for and not have an attitude when they tell you what they want. <br> <br> Hair Obsessions in Kolonnade is definitely not in the business for professional and client satisfactory reasons, you get what you get at a high price not necessarily what you want but what they think you should have.
