Hairstylist not listening to clients needs

It was remarkable how a hairstylist ask you what you would like to be done but does the compete opposite. When I picked up that he is not doing what I asked he got upset and did what he wanted anyway. I was in the Salon for more than 3 hours just to color my hair the way he wanted. I had to hear in what bad condition my hair is and accepted his offer to put treatment on which cost me R 350 and didn't do anything. After one wash my hair was back to what it was, just more damaged.
