I can't do this with MTN anymore, it's really not worth anyone's while choosing them as a network supplier. I've been billed for so many new things on my last few statements that no one can explain. No one answers at the call center. The internet option doesn't work, it gives me an error message when I try to resolve it that way. I would like to know what all these extra fees are all of a sudden? Like they say its not itemized billing, its just more items on my bill with less service and usage. It's a rip off and I feel that all MTN customers should stand up and do something about the fact that we are being ripped off by them. None of my complaints ever get resolved. I've still not been refunded from their previous negligence and incompetency and now are being over billed.
It was remarkable how a hairstylist ask you what you would like to be done but does the compete opposite. When I picked up that he is not doing what I asked he got upset and did what he wanted anyway. I was in the Salon for more than 3 hours just to color my hair the way he wanted. I had to hear in what bad condition my hair is and accepted his offer to put treatment on which cost me R 350 and didn't do anything. When he was done eventually he never once asked me if I'm happy, he was just happy to give me a bill over a R 1000 for color for shoulder length hair, not even a blow wave included. After one wash my hair was back to what it was, just more damaged. As a professional hair stylist, surely you need to listen to you clients, do it with optimism as you are the professional and make sure your clients get what they asked for and not have an attitude when they tell you what they want.

Hair Obsessions in Kolonnade is definitely not in the business for professional and client satisfactory reasons, you get what you get at a high price not necessarily what you want but what they think you should have.
I've been trying to cancel my expired MTN contract since the 12th of June 2015 but no one at MTN can assist me. I can't get hold of anyone on the phone lines, I hold on for more than 40 minutes at a time just to get cut off. I've send numerous e-mails to customer care, they either respond with something totally different to what I'm asking after a month or they don't answer at all. After they confirmed my contract is cancelled they still deduct my premium. I've never experienced service like this before. I've send a written e-mail confirmation to cancel, why are they still deducting and cant assist me? Is this malicious and deliberate so they can take my money and not stop it? I'm not using the phone or the contract anymore, its paid up!!!STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT MTN!!!
