I ordered hair on the 23rd of dec.Nowhere on their website did it say they will not deliver in December. I just received an email saying I must wait for an email from the courier but until today I did not receive any communication.I sent and email,it's weeks ago and I have received an answer. I call the branch and I'm given the number for the online team but no one answers that call. I want my money back hair city then you can stay with your terrible client service.
