I ordered hair on the 23rd of dec.Nowhere on their website did it say they will not deliver in December. I just received an email saying I must wait for an email from the courier but until today I did not receive any communication.I sent and email,it's weeks ago and I have received an answer. I call the branch and I'm given the number for the online team but no one answers that call. I want my money back hair city then you can stay with your terrible client service.
Very disappointed with Tracker. My contract with them expired in September 2025. Called in to renew in October everything went well until I didn't receive the debicheck which I called again to ask why and I was informed that I wouldn't be able to renew the contract and get a mandate because I'm owing. Fine I knew about that then I paid the amount owing. My problem now is, I still didn't receive the mandate after payment until today which according to my understanding my contract is still not renewd. Now I just get an sms saying my policy has been reinstated and I'm immediately sent an invoice. Invoice for what when my car was not covered for 3 months? Why not call me first and find out if I still required their services cos I mean it's been three months,now I'm told I need to pay R700 to cancel. Pay to cancel cover I never had for 3 months, what exactly am I paying for?
