Bought a tube of aquafresh toothpaste (which is a good toothpaste) only to find a manufacturing fault, the tube was not sealed at the back. Emailed the company with pictures. Got automated corporate reply how they're commited to quality bla bla bla. Then got ghosted. In the old days they would send a voucher to replace the faulty product but not this company. This is how the path to losing customers starts. (Ps the toothpaste went all over my shirt and ruined it.)
