Just to warn people of a **** going on in BP picknpay shops. They have a 2 pie special advertised but in reality its not. You pay full price. When asked to reverse transaction i got only half money back. Used to buy a lot of pies there but no longer, im done with bp. Try checkers rather
Loaded the absa app but now i an barred from paying accounts, loading airtime ect because they have a 2 step system and they are unable to connect to my app. I have checked that software, connection are all in order. Logged a fault with them c-58517995 and they blane wifi, my phone, ne, Vodacom but the problem lies with them and their gr2 it engineers. They have niw ghosted me and i will be forced to close my account after 30yrs and move to another bank as carrying cash around to pay accounts is not feasible anymore.
BP has flags flying advertising the collectable car promotion but actually they dont have any stock. Please take your flags and adverts down and stop baiting your customers
Blocked from doing cashsend, when i try to phone helpline im transferred around the place until airtime runs out. I suspect some ***** syndicate operating within absa bank
I have a phone insured with vidacom and i would like to cancel it as the phone is old and they refuse to insure the new one. I phoned cancellations and they assured me the insurance is cancelled. Niow get bounced around between agents. They dont want to cancel the insurance (which is double what other insurance costs) once they have their hooks in you they never let go. A very shady ******* company
This greedy centre still charges R2 to use the toilet. Who walks around with R2 coins anymore. I pood mt pants fumbling around for a R2 coin.. in a world where you need to be competitive this shopping centre is ar war with its customers !
When it comes to the big events (tyson vs paul) netflix cant provide. I feel every netflix subscriber should receive their subscription back for the month
Bought a tube of aquafresh toothpaste (which is a good toothpaste) only to find a manufacturing fault, the tube was not sealed at the back. Emailed the company with pictures. Got automated corporate reply how they're commited to quality bla bla bla. Then got ghosted. In the old days they would send a voucher to replace the faulty product but not this company. This is how the path to losing customers starts. (Ps the toothpaste went all over my shirt and ruined it.)
Vodacom likes to use this company, they report that goods were delivered to the customer when it wasnt. Vodacom then bills for non existent goods and the actual goods disappear....
