I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent experience at your dealership. I app**** for a vehicle and submitted all the necessary documents, but I was later informed that the car had been sold.
This lack of communication and follow-through is extremely disappointing. I had expected a more professional approach, especially considering the time and effort I put into the application process.
