I Had a few engagements with this branch, to have our work vehicles serviced and i had some interest in buying as well. With regards to a car service to date i am not sure what to make of this, the work vehicle was booked in advance and i am aware that you have to tow the line early for the inspection and it get assigned to a bay. I was about car number 5 in the que just after 8am the morning. Just before 9am i pulled inside and explained that they have to look at the brakes as it was noisy. I was told that i can come and collect at about 2pm. When i got there i went through the showroom to the service side and did not see the vehicle so i looked by the wash bay but saw it parked outside still dirty only to discover that it was not serviced yet. I was told that i could sit in the waiting area which i did. Over an hour went by and the car still was not serviced and i was getting inpatient as i had an appointment. Eventually the car was brought in and i was told that it will only be a few minutes with a smile. I thought to myself what service takes about 20minutes if i mentioned the brakes. To date i cannot say that plugs, oil. oil filter, air filter etc. was done but to be fair ill say maybe they just changed the oil. According to the workshop manager the car was done and needed to go to the wash bay...i unfortunate declined the wash as I had only minutes left for my appointment. Moral of the story is that the car was there most of the day to get a 20minute service and the brakes were not looked and Toyota probably skipped a lot of what they suppose to do as a standard the car is still under warranty. All i can say is hopefully Toyota can come up with a video experience for ones car and customer service after all seeing is believing. I will write a separate review for the sales side to not get my experiences confused.
