I called this company for an z22se engine and was told by JP that there is one in stock, i took some time off from work and borrowed a bakkie to go and purchase the engine, but when i got there he told the hyster driver to lower the engine from the top shelve to realise that there actually is not a z22se in stock even tho the system showed 1, this guy phone another branch in pretoria who said they had 2, i said ok please get me the one and i was told that i need to pay the courier fees which i did. one would think that they would have some business ethics as i did take time off, borrowed a bakkie and booked a mechanic as i would hv come home with a engine, No ethics, i received the engine amost 2 week later with loads of sorry ass whattsapps.. whilst i am working away they said the driver is on his way with the engine and i should arrage 4 or 5 guys to offload...really at this point i was not close to home for a few days but i managed this hundreds of km's away from home. That day my brother sends me a pic of the engine and the tappet cover was broken which exposes the chain inside the engine. When my mechanic looked at the engine he saw that the engine was a 2zzyh model instead of a z22se. this would propably work for guys that would sacrifice 10 other things not working and a few mcgyvers. I rejected the engine and to get hold of any of these people at Ldr was a mission. 2 weeks has now pass after collection and with them unable to get a replacements told me yesterday 4 april 2025 that they will refund me in 7 to 14days...Now ask yourself where is the logic...my car can only get fixed in 7 to 14days when i hopefully get all my money...this company with their stupid way of operating has caused me to loose R2000 on mechanics pitching up and waiting. I will send another review to let you know what date what amount i got paid. What kind of owner runs a **** show company like this..
I Paid for a part incl. the shipping fee on the 8th March 2025 and to date have not received the part, is this some sort of ****. I recently received a tracking number after messagung the sellera few times. The tracking number confuses the **** outa you coz it shows some incorrect dispatches etc which still makes you wonder what if i bought 50 units...i tested the waters by buying 1 item because all u see is buyer protection which means there are some ****sters as seller. it shows that the seller has 99 units in stock a month later after my purchase od 1 unit they have 98 chanses of getting you 98 other buyers. I Had a few engagements with this branch, to have our work vehicles serviced and i had some interest in buying as well. With regards to a car service to date i am not sure what to make of this, the work vehicle was booked in advance and i am aware that you have to tow the line early for the inspection and it get assigned to a bay. I was about car number 5 in the que just after 8am the morning. Just before 9am i pulled inside and explained that they have to look at the brakes as it was noisy. I was told that i can come and collect at about 2pm. When i got there i went through the showroom to the service side and did not see the vehicle so i looked by the wash bay but saw it parked outside still dirty only to discover that it was not serviced yet. I was told that i could sit in the waiting area which i did. Over an hour went by and the car still was not serviced and i was getting inpatient as i had an appointment. Eventually the car was brought in and i was told that it will only be a few minutes with a smile. I thought to myself what service takes about 20minutes if i mentioned the brakes. To date i cannot say that plugs, oil. oil filter, air filter etc. was done but to be fair ill say maybe they just changed the oil. According to the workshop manager the car was done and needed to go to the wash bay...i unfortunate declined the wash as I had only minutes left for my appointment. Moral of the story is that the car was there most of the day to get a 20minute service and the brakes were not looked and Toyota probably skipped a lot of what they suppose to do as a standard the car is still under warranty. All i can say is hopefully Toyota can come up with a video experience for ones car and customer service after all seeing is believing. I will write a separate review for the sales side to not get my experiences confused.
I saw the company online and the very next day got a visit from the director Mr.Breukman to inspect the site, ans we discussed if we happy to proceed which we were. We were greeted by Mr Ghalil and team who was an absolute gentleman he knew we had a timeframe of max 4 days to my wedding anniversary and pulled if off. Ghalil and his team was here very early till very late every day. in a nutshell my experience were floorless...i even called Mr beakan to say thank yoy the service from Ghalil is excellent..i made a very good investment and capitalised off the crazy sale which helped..Give them a tryor come and look at my pool..thabgs again Gjhalil
